What if I Need to Cancel My Party?

Cancellation Policy- If your party needs to be canceled , we will reschedule your party to a new date and time and your deposit will be applied to your new party. You will have up to 3 months to schedule a party. A 7 day notice must be given for all cancellations/changes via written email.

 

All bookings require a 50% deposit at time of booking to secure date, with the remaining balance to be paid in full no later than 5 days prior to the event date.

 

If the event is less than 5 days away, full payment is required. There are no holds without a deposit. Full payment must be received before services.

What Age Children do you entertain?

Our Teepee Parties are for ages 5-15 year old.

How Much Space Do I Need?

The overall width of the tent with twin sized blowup mattress is 39″Wide and 70″ long. We generally set up the tents next to each other or opposite of each other, depending on the space. We can arrange teepees anyway permitted by the area we are using.

Can I Host the Party outside?

No. Our tents are Indore only.
