Payment and Cancelation
Our bookings require a 50% deposit at time of booking to secure date and time, with the remaining balance to be paid in full no later than 5 days prior to the event date. This will be deducted from your total due.
If your party needs to be canceled, we will reschedule your party to a new date and time and your deposit will be applied to your new date. You will have up to 3 months to schedule a party. We ask a week in advance notice must be given for all cancelations or any changes of your party. Please send us an email if you decide to cancel your party.
If the event is less than 5 days away, full payment is required. Full payment must be received before any service.
Setup Area
Please make sure the setup area is clean and clear for teepees. We can’t move furniture’s.
A nonsmoking area must be provided during the teepee rental. No pets are allowed inside teepee.
It is prohibited, jumping, drinking, eating, shoes wearing or having any pets inside teepee. You will be responsible for any damage of teepee. Any stain inside or outside the teepee will result in a $50.00 fee.
The rope may present a trip hazard. It is prohibited to run, climb, and pull any of our teepees.
Upon arrival we ask to have your pets secured in a safe area away from the set-up area.
Liability
Zoey’s Teepee Business will not be responsible for any accident damages caused by you guests during the party. We are not responsible for any claims for personal injury or death while using our equipment during your hire time. Our service is for kids, our teepees and all the other supplies are made for young ages/kids and adults have their duty to care and supervise the young ones.
Damage Item or Lost/Stolen
Any damage lost or stolen rental items will be charged up to $100.
We have the right to cancel/exit the party immediately due to illegal/dangerous activities prior or during the party. Regardless customer will be charged full price for the party.
